Pour your preferred Scentihome essential oil directly into the bottle. Make sure not to overfill.
Insert one end of the connecting tube firmly into the outlet port on the diffuser machine until it is secure.
Attach the other end of the tube to the bottle connector. Ensure the connection is tight to prevent leaks.
Plug the power cord into the diffuser, then connect it to a power outlet.
Press the power switch to turn on the machine. Your Scentihome diffuser is now ready to use.
Power down your HVAC system before installation. Select a location near the return air duct (after the air filter) to ensure even scent distribution throughout the space. Make sure the area is easily accessible for refills and maintenance.
Prepare the diffuser by following Steps 1–3 in the standalone setup: Open the bottle, add your preferred Scentihome essential oil, and securely connect the tubing to the machine.
Locate the supply air duct (after the air filter). Drill a small hole suitable for the scent tubing. Insert the tube approximately 1–2 inches into the duct and secure it firmly to prevent air leakage.
Plug the diffuser into a stable power outlet. Turn on the machine, adjust the scent intensity to your desired level, and set a schedule that matches your space and usage needs.

You may return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging. All return and exchange requests are subject to review, and we may require supporting images or videos for verification.

You can swap your item for any product available on our website. If the exchanged item is: Less expensive, we’ll issue store credit for the difference. More expensive, we’ll provide instructions on how to cover the price difference.
We want you to have a seamless experience with your diffuser. If you need to return it: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your diffuser. The diffuser must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all original parts and accessories. If returned unused, we will issue a full refund.
If the diffuser has been used, Scentihome will provide a replacement unit instead of issuing a refund.
Scentihome will cover the return shipping costs in this case.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. If more than 7 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at contact@scentihome.support
Return shipping costs will be covered by us. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow 10–14 business days for us to process your return or exchange after receiving the item.
Securely package your return to prevent damage during transit. Scentihome is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. Some returns may be subject to a 30% restocking fee if the item does not meet return criteria.
