ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. Please review the conditions for cancellations below:
When You Can Cancel Your Order
You are eligible to request a cancellation if:
- Your order has not yet been processed for shipping.
- Your order status in your account shows as "Pending" or "Awaiting Fulfillment."
When Cancellations Are Not Allowed
We are unable to cancel your order if:
- It has already entered processing at our warehouse.
- The status is marked as "Processing" or "Fulfilled."
- Your order has already been shipped.
How to Request a Cancellation
If your order qualifies for cancellation, please contact our Customer Support Team at support@scentihome.com as soon as possible with your order number. If the cancellation request cannot be processed, we will assist you through our Return & Exchange Policy for alternative options.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the following guidelines:
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.
- All return and exchange requests are subject to review, and additional photos or videos may be requested for verification.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start the return or exchange process, email support@scentihome.com with your order details. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
Exchange Options
If you prefer to exchange your item:
- If the new item is less expensive, we will issue store credit for the difference.
- If the new item is more expensive, we will provide instructions on how to cover the additional cost.
DIFFUSER RETURN POLICY
We want you to enjoy your diffuser without any hassle. If you need to return it, please note:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your diffuser.
- The diffuser must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all original parts and accessories.
- If the diffuser is returned unused, you will receive a full refund.
- If the diffuser has been used, we will issue a store credit (gift card) instead of a refund.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable and must be covered by the customer.
SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
Subscription orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed. If necessary, please refer to our order cancellation and return policies for further assistance.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us at support@scentihome.com with photos of the issue, and we will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
SPECIAL POLICY
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to return their purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Mystery Gifts
- Package Protection
- Gift Cards
- Rush Order Fees
- Shipping Costs
REFUND PROCESS
When to Expect Your Refund
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status.
- If approved, refunds will be processed and issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- If more than 7 business days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact support@scentihome.com.
Return Shipping Costs & Labels
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Please allow 10–14 business days for us to process your return or exchange after receiving the item.
Important Notes
- Ensure your return is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

- A 30% restocking fee may apply if items do not meet return criteria.
