WHAT HAPPENS IF MY DIFFUSER STOPS WORKING DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD?

If your diffuser stops working due to a covered issue within 12 months of purchase we will provide a replacement unit at no product cost. Customers are only responsible for a shipping fee between $12 and $20. No return is required unless specifically requested.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY?

The warranty does not cover physical damage misuse water damage use of incompatible oils unauthorized repairs or normal wear and tear.

These oils smell so great; can I use them on my skin?

Since our oils contain pure essential oils and plant essences, do not apply these oils topically as they are in pure, undiluted form. If you get oil on your hands, wash the area with soap and water.
