At Scentihome, we are dedicated to delivering your orders efficiently and securely. Please review our shipping policy to understand processing times, shipping options, and other important details.
ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
Orders can be shipped using two different methods:
- Expedited Shipping : Delivered within 1–2 days, including weekends and holidays, ensuring you receive your order as quickly as possible.
- Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier processing times..
Weekend & Holiday Shipping
- Standard orders are not processed or shipped on weekends, except for special occasions like Christmas, Valentine’s Day, or Mother’s Day.
- Expedited orders may be processed and shipped on weekends and public holidays, including major holidays, to ensure timely delivery.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays (non-expedited) will begin processing on the next business day.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Order weight & size
- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping method
- Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has shipped.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

PO Boxes & Military Addresses
- We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses at this time.
- Please provide a valid street address for all shipments.

Multiple Shipments
- If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately.
- You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
- We ship worldwide, but international customers must be aware of their country’s customs regulations and import policies.

Customs Duties & Taxes
- Customs duties and taxes are not included in your purchase and must be paid by the recipient.
- Fees are determined by your country’s customs authorities and are not charged or controlled by Scentihome.

Customs Clearance & Delays
- Once an order leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for customs delays.
- Customers should track their orders and contact their local customs office if necessary.

If customs denies entry of your package:
- If returned to us, we will refund your order minus shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee.
- If not returned, no refund will be issued.
FAILED DELIVERIES & RETURNED PACKAGES
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim it:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- A reshipping fee will apply if you request a resend.
- If you choose not to reship, we will refund the order minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
RUSH PROCESSING SERVICE
- Orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours of purchase.
- Rush processing does not shorten transit time. For 1–2 day delivery, please select Expedited Shipping at checkout in addition to Rush Processing.
- If we fail to process your order within 48 hours, we will refund the rush processing fee as store credit.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
- You may request an address change only if your order has not been processed.
- If your order has already shipped, you must contact the shipping carrier to request a redirection.
PACKAGE PROTECTION POLICY
- We offer optional package protection to cover:
- ✔ Lost packages (must file a claim with the carrier)
- ✔ Damaged packages
- ✔ Stolen packages (must file a claim with the carrier)
- ✔ Delivered but not received (must file a claim with the carrier)
- ✔ Incorrect item received
Why Choose Package Protection?
- Ensures your order is covered in case of shipping issues.
- If an issue occurs, we will replace your order or issue a store credit refund (excluding shipping fees).

ORDER TRACKING
- Once your order has shipped:
- You will receive a tracking number via email.
- Use the tracking link provided to monitor your package’s journey.
- If you experience delays, please check with the shipping carrier first before reaching out to us.
