Scentihome Shipping Policy
At Scentihome, we are dedicated to delivering your orders efficiently and securely. Please review our shipping policy to understand processing times, shipping options, and other important details.
  • Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days before shipping.
  • Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 7 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.
  • We partner with FedEx, DHL, UPS, and USPS to ensure reliable shipping.
Weekend & Holiday Shipping
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends, except for special occasions like Christmas, Valentine’s Day, or Mother’s Day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Overnight & Expedited Shipping
  • If you select overnight shipping via FedEx, UPS, or USPS, please note that:
    • Orders placed on Fridays will be delivered the next business day (Monday).
    • Expedited shipping does not apply to processing time, only transit time.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
    • Order weight & size
    • Shipping destination
    • Selected shipping method
  • Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has shipped.
  • PO Boxes & Military Addresses
    • We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses at this time.
    • Please provide a valid street address for all shipments.
  • Multiple Shipments
    • If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately.
    • You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
  • We ship worldwide, but international customers must be aware of their country’s customs regulations and import policies.
  • Customs Duties & Taxes
    • Customs duties and taxes are not included in your purchase and must be paid by the recipient.
    • Fees are determined by your country’s customs authorities and are not charged or controlled by Scentihome.
  • Customs Clearance & Delays
    • Once an order leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for customs delays.
    • Customers should track their orders and contact their local customs office if necessary.
    • If customs denies entry of your package:
      • If returned to us, we will refund your order minus shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee.
      • If not returned, no refund will be issued.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim it:
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • A reshipping fee will apply if you request a resend.
    • If you choose not to reship, we will refund the order minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
  • Rush processing prioritizes your order for quality check, packaging, and shipment within 24 hours.
  • Rush Processing Requirements
    • Orders must be placed before 1 PM PST (4 PM EST), Monday to Friday.
    • Rush processing does not affect the time your package spends in transit.
    • If we fail to process your order within 24 hours, we will refund the rush processing fee as store credit.
  • You may request an address change only if your order has not been processed.
  • If your order has already shipped, you must contact the shipping carrier to request a redirection.
  • We offer optional package protection to cover:
    • ✔ Lost packages (must file a claim with the carrier)
    • ✔ Damaged packages
    • ✔ Stolen packages (must file a claim with the carrier)
    • ✔ Delivered but not received (must file a claim with the carrier)
    • ✔ Incorrect item received

Why Choose Package Protection?

  • Ensures your order is covered in case of shipping issues.
  • If an issue occurs, we will replace your order or issue a store credit refund (excluding shipping fees).
  • To file a claim, contact support@scentihome.com.
  • Once your order has shipped:
    • You will receive a tracking number via email.
    • Use the tracking link provided to monitor your package’s journey.
    • If you experience delays, please check with the shipping carrier first before reaching out to us.
