Scentihome Shipping Policy

At Scentihome, we are dedicated to delivering your orders efficiently and securely. Please review our shipping policy to understand processing times, shipping options, and other important details.


ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

Orders can be shipped using two different methods:

  • Expedited Shipping : Delivered within 1–2 days, including weekends and holidays, ensuring you receive your order as quickly as possible.
  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier processing times..
We partner with FedEx, DHL, UPS, and USPS to provide reliable and timely delivery for all orders.

Weekend & Holiday Shipping

  • Standard orders are not processed or shipped on weekends, except for special occasions like Christmas, Valentine’s Day, or Mother’s Day.
  • Expedited orders may be processed and shipped on weekends and public holidays, including major holidays, to ensure timely delivery.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays (non-expedited) will begin processing on the next business day.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight & size
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has shipped.


SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

PO Boxes & Military Addresses

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses at this time.
  • Please provide a valid street address for all shipments.

Multiple Shipments

  • If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately.
  • You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

We ship worldwide, but international customers must be aware of their country’s customs regulations and import policies.

Customs Duties & Taxes

  • Customs duties and taxes are not included in your purchase and must be paid by the recipient.
  • Fees are determined by your country’s customs authorities and are not charged or controlled by Scentihome.

Customs Clearance & Delays

  • Once an order leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for customs delays.
  • Customers should track their orders and contact their local customs office if necessary.
  • If customs denies entry of your package:
    • If returned to us, we will refund your order minus shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee.
    • If not returned, no refund will be issued.

FAILED DELIVERIES & RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim it:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • A reshipping fee will apply if you request a resend.
  • If you choose not to reship, we will refund the order minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

RUSH PROCESSING SERVICE

Rush processing prioritizes your order for quality check, packaging, and shipment within 24 hours.

Rush Processing Requirements

  • Orders must be placed before 1 PM PST (4 PM EST), Monday to Friday.
  • Rush processing does not affect the time your package spends in transit.
  • If we fail to process your order within 24 hours, we will refund the rush processing fee as store credit.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

  • You may request an address change only if your order has not been processed.
  • If your order has already shipped, you must contact the shipping carrier to request a redirection.

PACKAGE PROTECTION POLICY

We offer optional package protection to cover:
✔ Lost packages (must file a claim with the carrier)
✔ Damaged packages
✔ Stolen packages (must file a claim with the carrier)
✔ Delivered but not received (must file a claim with the carrier)
✔ Incorrect item received

Why Choose Package Protection?

  • Ensures your order is covered in case of shipping issues.
  • If an issue occurs, we will replace your order or issue a store credit refund (excluding shipping fees).
  • To file a claim, contact contact@scentihome.support.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Use the tracking link provided to monitor your package’s journey.
  • If you experience delays, please check with the shipping carrier first before reaching out to us.

Refund policy

At Scentihome, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you need to cancel, return, or exchange an order, we have a clear and hassle-free process in place.


ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. Please review the conditions for cancellations below:

When You Can Cancel Your Order

You may request a cancellation if: Your order has not yet been processed for shipping. The order status in your account shows as "Pending" or "Awaiting Fulfillment."

When Cancellation Is Not Possible

We are unable to cancel your order if: It has already entered processing at our warehouse. The order status shows "Processing" or "Fulfilled." The order has been shipped.

How to Request a Cancellation

If your order meets the criteria for cancellation, please contact our Customer Support Team at contact@scentihome.support as soon as possible with your order number. If the order cannot be canceled, we will guide you through our Return & Exchange Policy for alternative solutions.


RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the following guidelines:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging. All return and exchange requests are subject to review, and we may require supporting images or videos for verification.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact our Customer Support Team at contact@scentihome.support with your order details. We’ll review your request and provide further instructions.

Exchange Options

You can swap your item for any product available on our website. If the exchanged item is: Less expensive, we’ll issue store credit for the difference. More expensive, we’ll provide instructions on how to cover the price difference.


DIFFUSER RETURN POLICY

We want you to have a seamless experience with your diffuser. If you need to return it: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your diffuser. The diffuser must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all original parts and accessories. If returned unused, we will issue a full refund.
If the diffuser has been used, Scentihome will provide a replacement unit instead of issuing a refund.
Scentihome will cover the return shipping costs in this case.


SPECIAL POLICY

Non-Refundable Items

  • Mystery Gifts: These are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
  • Shipping Costs: This fee is non-refundable.

REFUND PROCESS

When to Expect Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. If more than 7 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at contact@scentihome.support

Shipping labels for Returns

Return shipping costs will be covered by us. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow 10–14 business days for us to process your return or exchange after receiving the item.

Important Notes

Securely package your return to prevent damage during transit. Scentihome is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. Some returns may be subject to a 30% restocking fee if the item does not meet return criteria.
